Refunds and cancellation

Version 2026-09-01

Sahi Setu is a brand of Next Gen Payment Wallet India Private Limited. This page says what happens to money you have paid us. It is short because the product is simple: nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel.

Nothing renews by itself

A plan is bought once, for a fixed period, and it ends when the period ends. There is no standing instruction on your card or your bank, nothing is taken automatically, and there is therefore no subscription to cancel. If you want another period, you buy one.

A plan that has started is not refunded

Once a plan is active it is not refunded, whether you change your mind or stop using it. You keep it for the whole period you paid for, so the way to stop is to let it run out and not buy another. The price and the period are shown before you pay.

If you close your account

Closing your account ends a running plan immediately and that money is not refunded. The app says so before you confirm. If you want the time you have paid for, leave the account open until the plan ends and close it then.

Money in your wallet

A wallet balance is your money, held by us until you spend it on a call. It is not a payment for a service, so it is treated differently from a plan: if you close your account with a balance left, ask us and we will return it.

The app warns you before you close an account that still has a balance. Ask by writing to support@sahisetu.com from the number or address on the account, before the closure completes or within 30 days after it. We return it the way it was paid.

Payments that went wrong

This is different from changing your mind, and the answer is different. If money left your account and you did not get the plan, or you were charged twice for the same thing, that is refunded in full. Tell us and you do not have to prove it beyond the transaction.

How to raise a billing problem

Write to support@sahisetu.com, or call +91 93100 29327, with the date and amount. We answer within three working days. A refund we agree is sent back to the card, account or method it came from — we cannot send it anywhere else — and your bank usually takes five to seven working days after that.

If you are not satisfied with the answer, the grievance officer named in the privacy notice will look at it again.
